Walking into this place, no one was at the front desk. They were in the back playing on their phone with a sign at the desk saying that they had stepped away. Booked a when sized bed for my wife, son and I. When we got to the room the bed was a full and not a queen. I called down to the front desk three times before I got ahold of someone. Asked them about the bed and they said that I could check the bed for a tag and see if the size was correct. The bed wasn’t even comfortable. I had also reserved a pack and play for my one year old son, which was nice that they offered that. Once we got the pack and play up to the room and set it up, it was extremely filthy! There was dried up food stuck to the sides, dirt and other stuff as well. Who knows what was on the pack and play. Highly unsatisfied! I stayed not even three hours, long enough to look for another hotel to stay at. If you’re thinking of staying here, don’t! Needs upgrading. Pool was not heated. Housekeeping had their child running around while they were cleaning. Old and very small television in room. Breakfast selection was coffee, oatmeal, packaged muffins or granola bars. Impressed it had a indoor pool very nice close to grocery store . Wish the curtains were black out hard to sleep during the month of June when 21 hours of sunlight Room was big. Bed comfy, chair was nice, cooking supplies were a little small though Bathroom floor was dirty especially in the corners. Few hair strands were on the walls of the shower. Chairs for the table were dirty as well. Rooms need to be better cleaned in this hotel. Go spend a little more and get a much nicer room in a different hotel.
