Beautiful, comfortable hotel. I appreciated how pet friendly it was (if not the expensive additional fees for having a pet). The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean. The breakfast buffet had a variety of selections such as pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, gravy, biscuits, cereals, yogurt, cinnamon rolls, bagels, fresh fruit and so on. I stayed in a suite with a kitchenette and it had everything I needed except food. There is a playground for children on site and guest laundry that is free to use, you provide your own detergent. The staff was friendly. The shuttle service to and from the airport is good. Drivers are particularly nice! The Hampton Inn and Suites was a nice hotel with a decent location and a nice complimentary breakfast. However, we originally booked a room that was advertised as 5 people. When we got there they put us in a room that was not the same as advertised as it did not have bed space for 5. When we asked about this they said that the wording was not correct and they did not have a room for more than 4 people. A really nice stay at the Hampton Inn and Suite. The king size room with sofa bed is particularly spacious. Service was excellent. Rooms were well-kept and quiet. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff also notified us of Aurora activity.
