The room is very comfortable and the morning breakfast is good. Laundry room has small units and half of them are consistently broken with long wait times. No towels for the pool so there is constant water and slipping issues throughout the first floor. Towels in the bathroom are stored in the shower so if you have a couple staying in the room there is no place to dry your bath towels. Good location, beat continental breakfast I've had. Amenities were nice. Great location with plenty of stores nearby. Shopping in Alaska is great with no sales tax. Rooms are nice and spacious This is the best hotel ever. We have had great service, clean rooms and amazing staff. They have gone above and beyond to help us. Very nice location, surprisingly good breakfast, and extremely friendly staff. Close to local stores, and the parking lot and walkway were kept mostly snow free.
