Hey guys! I came in yesterday for my first time (03/13) in frantic search of a mattress for my first place, I really needed one that night to sleep on, and the lady that helped me was absolutely fantastic. Her name is Kayla and she helped me find one that I found truly comfortable in my price range, suggesting different packages and options. I walked away with a full set, including a bed cover and sheets! I don't know why there are so many negative reviews about service and product issues, as I doubt it's just hit and miss service and I purchased one of the cheapest beds there and it's super wonderful! I work, on average, 12-13 hours 7 days a week, so I need something to my liking to snuggle up on. The first night with my mattress was amazing! She gave time to other customers there as well, giving them the same good service! I think some customers are just very difficult to please and don't care to read into their purchase as they should, this is definitely a good place to check out.
