Sadler's has a great variety in furniture and decor selection. It's kind of a one stop shop with Ashley's downstairs across from a mattress store. My husband and I recently purchased a sectional from Sadler's and were very happy with the service. Upon walking in we were greeted by friendly staff, but it was a no-pressure environment. No one was hounding us to buy something or bothering us while we browsed. They were simply there if we had questions or needed anything. After finding a sectional we liked, we left with a pamphlet that had all of the measurements and dimensions of the sectional. After making sure it would fit in the room well, we came back a couple days later to purchase. Ashley was very helpful and friendly. She made sure we had everything we needed and knew all the options including colors and configurations of the sectional. Sadler's also has decent sales and offers a military discount. We are very pleased with the store, its professional and courteous staff, the nice layout, and the quality of the furniture offered. Great customer service. Monica has been very helpful to us since our first purchase and we truly appreciate her. We will definitely be returning back to the store again soon. The staff was very nice and I’m excited about my new furniture. I have purchased from Sandler’s before and was pleased with the quality of their products. I love Sadlers. We've bought from them several times- and all of our stuff is still doing wonderfully. They only carry quality products. We were in there today to buy a specific entertainment center and it was no longer in the store. We asked and were told that the one we wanted was due to be in the week after next, and they let us take advantage of the sale price and go ahead and get everything set up for it! They are geared towards customer service and have wonderful business practices, unlike a certain other "furniture" store in town.
