I spent around $5,000 with George at Wholesale Furniture purchasing a sectional and a TV stand wall unit. It took 3 months for the couch to arrive and I received the wrong cheaper version of the couch that I ordered. I also ordered a TV stand and only received part of it. Over a year later and the only piece still has never shown up. After contacting George, he's demanding that I pay for it again and has been rude, unprofessional and unresponsive. It is fraud to take someone's money and not send everything that is purchased. I will filing a charge back and complaints to the state because that is unacceptable! I would strongly recommend to avoid doing business with Wholesale Furniture! *** FRAUD ALERT *** Wholesale Furniture is extremely unethical, has screwed us by sending the wrong items and has refused to make it right! They seemed nice initially, but once they got our money, they have tried to scam us. Absolutely awful customer service! Bought our furniture there. We had a great experience! The owner delivered and helped me set it up because my husband was in the field. Much cheaper than the other stores in town for the same furniture. Great American made furniture selection. The selection is great and the quality of the furniture is awesome! George is also very professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I will be bringing my family to pick out furniture soon. Owner is very friendly and great to work with. The quality is higher than other places in town. If you are wanting real wood built furniture check them out.
