Mr. Calhoon is a dirty snake! My husband is military and we got sucked in by his "let me help out this solider" act! He is the biggest con man in the North Star area. If you buy a house from him you will have nothing but problems, mark my words! He does not care about the people is selling houses too all he cares about is his piece of the pie! DO NOT USE THIS MAN YOU WILL REGRET IT! He hires awful home inspectors that get nicknames like "drive by bob", we thought our house was in decent shape. When we went to sell the house we got hit with all kinds of things that SHOULD have been caught by the person doing our inspection that Mr. Calhoun swore was the best in town! If I could give negative stars I would! Chris was absolutely the best realtor I have had the pleasure working with. He knows the Fairbanks area like the back of his hand. I’d highly recommend his services to anyone looking to buy or rent a home. A+ Service.
