This is a long overdue review... Bottom line up front: Jewel Addison is an exceptional realtor who helped us find our dream home - a process that took a little over 7 years. Starting in 2010, Jewel worked with us patiently when we first arrived in AK with the military and while navigated the home buying process for the first time. We had a very specific home and setting in mind and it soon became apparent we wouldn't find what we were looking for right away. Over the years and through a couple of moves with the military, a deployment, and a few family additions, she maintained contact and eventually helped us find the perfect retirement home. She is very knowledgeable, attentive, easy going, and your best bet in a unique market. If you are thinking of buying a house in the greater Fairbanks/North Pole area, enlist her talents with the utmost confidence - I cannot recommend anyone more strongly! Kris Dela Sierra is truly the best!! She was very professional, and patient with us, considering we were first time home buyers and had tons of questions. She has been in touch with us since day 1, and throughout the entire process, keeping us updated on every single thing that went on with the house. She made us feel like we were her only clients.
