We had a wonderful experience buying our first home with the help from Kirk. He's a very easy going, laid back guy that got the job done. Highly recommend! I had arranged two showings. The first one, the realtor was completely unprofessional, she seemed hungover and wanted to get out of there asap. She did not try to sell the property. Her behavior was borderline rude even. I had some questions that she would pass on tot the owner and she would get back to me with an answer. Never heard of her again. With a second showing, the realtor was nicer, although also pretty unprofessional. I asked her the same questions, again she promised to text me, call me or email me an answer later. You guessed it, didn't happen. If they are like this on first impression one can only imagine how reliable they will be when you go into business with them. If I didn't have to I wouldn't even put a star. This company is far more concerned with their pocket and ripping off your time then anything else. They will make up false accusations when you move and are extremely slow to anything needed. Their definition of "remodeled" is skewed and you will most likely pay for previous tenants damage or just flat out lying on their part. Nothing called about on maintenance wise was ever fixed properly or at all. The maintenance guy actually refused to talk to any of the inhabitants of the house because we were female. Guess that's means we're idiots. I don't normally waste my time with these reviews but I will not rent with them again. If you value your time and your money I would look elsewhere and save your self the the down hill roll of bullshit. Happy house hunting people. Terrible! Moved in and a number of appliances did not work. Mainly the stove. Didn't get it replaced until a month after we moved out. ONE YEAR LATER! Ceiling fans and washer machines were never fixed and out of no where my pregnant wife and I were informed we needed to move out in 30 days. Apparently the owners did not like how the landlord was managing the property, so he cancelled his contract. Military, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME I had a poor experience with one of their agents on Sunday.(Lori Trampush) She pressed me to meet in person same day. I explained I was tired after working 80 hours and another Sunday would be better. I did as she ask I prepared to meet with her. She was very rude to me on the phone and I turned around before even meeting this lady. I will never do business with this lady or Coldwell Banker again.
