Maybe they have improved since last year but I did not have a very good experience here. When I picked up my dog she wasn't herself and she immediately had to go poop and pee as soon as she got outside. They also charge extra for play packages and the staff was not very friendly. I would recommend holy dog pet boarding. They were really great, fairly priced, offered tours of the facility, and don't charge extra for letting your dog play, which is how it should be. I could tell my dog was much happier at holy dog. Hope this helps. There for you when you need them, they are extremely caring and kind people. But they also have a good mind set for when decisions get tough. I brought my dog in a few years back to try to figure out his incessant itching(scratches ears bloody sometimes); after an initial analysis, Dr. D said a blood test would reveal the cause. After a FOUR-HUNDRED dollar blood-test there was no cause revealed, so I still had to figure it out on my own, and on top of that they overcharged me $30, then gave me a bag of PREVIOUSLY-OPENED dog food to buffer that gap; absolutely unprofessional and you bet my dog never got a concerned call-back or thought of by these people ever again. I will never spend another dollar here. Friendly staff, they treat you and you pets like members of their own family Dr dee is very nice and sweet. My first time there they scheduled me in quick and got my dogs fixing faster than McKinley. I ended up having to take my other dog in as well on a emergency I was told it would be 90. 3 hours later it ended up being 250 so I'm not really okay with that. And my other concern I have is while they were filming this gentleman all day long I mean all day from 7 am to 4pm. I was there at 7 am when they came in. When I braught in my emergency dog they made me wait outside am I'm anemic and pregnant. I waited for 25 mins because the camera crew thinks they come first when I pay for a service there. There for 3 rooms open for them to go in and film all day every day. I now have a bad cold a d sick from standing outside thanks to the crew and a pity sorry I got from them. Also it's not appropriate to tell someone who just paid 400 plus dollars on dogs and services by them to have to go in the back room because they were still filming at 4 pm. Not okay I find that rude that as a customer I have to be treated badly because the camera crew thinks they are more.
