They were horrible, charged me 50 to diagnose what I already knew was wrong and then got my phone back in worse condition then it was These folks have gone above and beyond to help me with my Apple products. Some days can be more hectic than others in any business. They have definitely earned my customer loyalty. I would encourage locals to make there purchases from this business, especially if a person wants to turn to them to trouble shoot Apple products. I bought a new computer from these folks. Service is great, super helpful and willing to go the extra mile. I will continue to buy products from them and look to them for any support I may need. So very disappointed in this local business!! My mom bought my dad an iPad for Father's Day. Dad decided that he wanted to exchange for a different model...went to exchange and was charged $90 to "restock". The box wasn't opened, and my mom had just purchased late last week. Save your money and purchase your Apple products directly from Apple or even from Fred's or Sam's Club! This family will never do business here again. I had my screen replaced from that store but now its out ant work fan went out n too much over heat
