My dog loves the place and the staff clearly lives animals. I drop my dog, Meeka, off for several hours every time I come to Fairbanks for shopping or appointments. ABC K9 takes good care of her and she is always happy and tired when I pick her up. I've also boarded her here during vacations and the staff has gone out of their way to send pictures and updates. Fairbanks is lucky to have this business. Used the service twice. They took great care of my dog. I rescued an 85-lb sled dog with severe anxiety around people (especially men) and a fear of loud noises. He wouldn't come to anyone but me when I first adopted him, and then only when he decided it was safe. Peggy's obedience and agility classes gave him the confidence and me the tools I needed to help him adapt to life as a pet in a city. She also was the only boarder he would accept when we lived in Fairbanks. He's now almost 16 and has been all around the state with me. Twelve years later, we haven't forgotten you, Peggy, and we thank you for all that you do for the animals in your community. We love abck-9 & equine kennel. They are great with our older dog. She is treated like family and trots right up when we drop her off, which says a lot. I enjoy talking to the staff about her when I am picking her up and about how it went.
