I enjoyed the kayaking. But I really wasn't happy with the service. " You can carry the kayak yourself, it's easy. I'll help if you want" vs assuming that they should help (so much for wanting a tip) They told us there were pickups at 330 430 and 530. We waited from 4pm until 538pm with nobody showing up. We had to call to get a ride. No discounts, refund, apologies or explanations offered. Fun...but they need some competition or better management. We kayaked the 20 miles of river trail, it was quiet, peaceful. Did not find many animals. Excellent experience, totally worth it! Super clean and excellent service... first time bit not the last ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤ Excellent service, friendly staff and the Cheno river is just beautiful!! Great service! Despite the river being too high/dangerous to kayak, they let us take a double kayak down to Tanana Lake for a few hours and stored our rocket box while we did so! The kayak was nice and came with two PFDs and paddles.
