The young clerk with the fake blonde hair and fake yellow nails was incredibly rude to me. I was trying to wrangle my toddler who needed a change and make payment while my mom was looking for a discount code and the clerk was extremely unhelpful, demanding, and made us feel unwelcome and rushed. We were doing the best we could with a squirmy 2 year old and it would have been so easy for her to help us find the discount code but she wouldn't, rang me up anyway, and then said she couldn't add the coupon. They also do not have a changing table in the bathroom. I see so many families in this store; it's really unfortunate this girl had zero customer service skills. I will never be shopping here again. I seam to always have issues with the shoes I buy here but the staff has always been helpful. The place is a little expensive but the customer service was amazing. Thanks Wow, it's true. Worst customer service and rudest employees. If you come in with kids then don't even expect a hello. Never going back. Ever. Great collection. Can be a bit overpriced
