Worst customer service ever!! I went to go buy my husband and pair of shoes he's been wanting for Christmas and was told they were out of his size (mind you I've been going for the past 2 months to see if they had his size and they never do) finally they tell me that the location in Anchorage has the shoes in his size and that I can order them and they will ship them and get here within that week and they would call me when they are here. Great right? Well a week and a half past and I call only to be told that the other stores printer was broken and I had to wait another week. Okay that's fine well now it has been 2 weeks and I call again just to be told to wait and get hung up on. I call back and I get told to wait again and boom get hung up on. This happened 3 times, And now they won't even pick up. Good selection of things but i thought a bit high
