Agree with earlier reviewer. No thing is good on time. Lower quality items if placed an advanced order. Price is much higher than airport store. I have shopped there for years and had a hat "remodeled" and have always been happy with the work and prices. Nothing was on time and there was an excuse for every time he couldn't give us our hat that he was making for us. Hand made fur garments are the best!
