The customer service really sucks, you have to try and find a sales rep to hopefully look for the shoes you want if they aren't on their cell phones or BS'ing with their other employers, and if they even have the size you want, would do half a star if I could. All I've ever purchased from here was shoelaces, but they had the ones I needed and the service was quick and helpful! Not bad at all just do not have the latest J's..... Kind of heartbreaking if your a Jordan fan!!!! Other than that great customer service!
