VERY helpful!! We were helped by Becky all throughout the planning process for our cruise to the Caribbean she had great suggestions and when she was not there all the other ladies did not hesitate to help. The fees are minimal for how much of a headache they save you and she saved us about $800.00 omln our flight to Florida. Overall 4 stars would leave 5 but ill wait till after the cruise for that :-)
