I have been taking my two large dogs there for toenail trimming for over a year now. One dislikes his paws handled the other is a bit shy. I can only speak to this, they've never been otherwise groomed there. Outside of one awful experience - I could hear them crying upstairs during the process - they have always had a good experience. I mean, they don't love it - few dogs do, but the folks have been friendly and competent and the price I find totally fair. I simply got the name of the person that didn't do a good job and avoid this person. I am happy to be a return customer. They took care of both our aussie/blue healer mix and our Husky mix. Great job! And their nails looks wonderful My dog found a dead moose and Cold.Spot got him in, gave him the full treatment. When he came back to me he was So Happy. His nails were trimmed and he looked just dapper! Thank you Cold Spot! You guys are WONDERFUL! Even when dealing with a nervous doggy Mum. My dog is always happy when she goes in and happy when she leaves. They get her coat looking brighter, softer, and shinier. The subtle sent is nice too. I haven't had a problem with them in the numerous times they have washed and trimmed the nails on my baby girl. Best place in town for grooming, as they are polite, reasonably priced, and really good!
