Have been using their storage facility for several years. Advertised initially as 24 hour access to units. Changed their policy but still charge the 24h price. Also closed on werkends. Extremely inconvienent! If you are looking for a storage facility, go somewhere else. I lived in Sophie Plaza apartments for a couple years. Even though the buildings were old, their maintenance and upkeep was pretty good. The cost of using their laundry was pricey, but they were of large capacity. I don't like that the renewal leasing terms after living there the first full year is for another full year (instead of month-month). However, when I had to leave my lease early, they were very accommodating. They paid me back all of my security deposit except for $5. And they gave back to me a months worth of rent when they found a tenant to live in my old apt. Love living here everyone is content no partys in my building so that's a plus. Quiet, affordable, and home.
