Called this standard Fairbanks cab company 7 times in succession. Was denied to talk 7 separate times for a ride for my friends. Though I am sober two of my friends are not. Sad to see any cab company operate this way. The service was excellent and they were super friendly. Got ripped off being picked up at Northern Alaska Tours on Monday because the cab driver apparently thought we were tourists and drove us around in a circle. Paid $20 for a 2-mile straight shot. NEVER AGAIN. Can't wait for Uber!!!! me and my husband where in town visiting when we called for a taxi disbatch was so rude to him and then hung up so i called back to ask for a manager or someone higher up and asked for his name he said he would give out his name so i could call a manager later and then rudely got hung up on i feel bad for your drivers cuz i will never again call this company I have used there service 10 times in the last 2 weeks. They were at my location within 15 Minutes every single time. Had a different driver every time they were all friendly and easy to talk to. I was told they will call me when they arrive multiple times and that has never happened.
