The staff here could not have been more helpful to us or more professional. We had water pump and toilet valve problems on Labor Day weekend and in such a friendly manner they told us to come in and they'd work us in. They did and our service technician, Darby, was terrific- really knew what she was doing and fixed both problems in a timely way. The office staff made us feel comfortable and kept us informed. So, in the middle of our mechanical issues during our long RV journey, these people made it all seem like a minor inconvenience. Thank you. After identifying that a shrew had peed on my power distribution panel and notified me that the PDP I had was no on her available immediately found me a replacement. Once the PDP came in they had it replaced and operational in a few shirt hours. Great selection, and an attentive staff that was able to help me find just what I was looking for- a MUST for higher-end R.V. investors. Very nice people. They were great at getting my camper in and waiting for approval before making repairs. We were having problems with our water heater. We called and they worked us in the next day. He was able to fix the heater while we waited and the charge was very reasonable. I would definitely recommend them for repairs on your RV.
