I've never been treated this way from any other dealership. There was no pressure put on me at all. They answered every question I had with high quality professionalism. Never was I ever thanked by a salesman for telling me 'Thank you for letting me earn your business'. That has more regards than anything anyone could have ever said. I was glad to give them my business. My hats off to my sales representative 'John Miller' for an outstanding job and the most professional salesman I know. Lethargic is the best I can come up with to describe staff. Slow to respond to you. Even approached front desk and got an awkward "hi" before they went back to phone. The star rating came in for one employee who finally asked me if I needed help. Unfortunately didn't pitch any cars to me aside from letting me look at the one I saw online. Didn't offer a test drive though and the pilot I drove at Kendall seemed more inviting after that. But maybe with that attitude it would be easier to get a deal, I just didn't want to feel awkward anymore and quickly left. Been servicing my Camaro here for over two years. Very highly recommend them for any service. They absolutely stand behind their work. They went above and beyond for my husband and I. We had an unconventional income situation and they listened and decide how best to help us. Steve Montag was helpful he was persistent in a good way and always encouraging he looked until he found the perfect deal for us. Atta boy Steve. Jessica was a joy to work with and Harley was exceptional also. Having fun in the new race car no tickets as of yet.
