When I visited the Honda/Subaru portion of the Kendall dealership, the salesperson there , Austin was very helpful, accommodating, had a good knowledge of the product. There was never any pressure to buy along the way. While the time to finalize things was a little long due to other customers that day, costs where true to what he originally gave me , and at the finance end, there were optional extras offered.We did take advantage of the one that made the most sense. We were really pleased the time Austin took to explain the features of the car . He was very thorough. He even took the time to pick me up to get the car the following Monday. Very pleased with the sales experience,and am very pleased with the car. The staff was very nice and friendly. They answered every question that we had and was very patience with us. They even answered and question that my 4 year old asked . They were very helpful with finding my first car that fit in the price range that I could afford. Didn't have to wait very long either. Would definitely recommend to friends and family that are looking for a car. Kendall Auto is professional and their service is outstanding. Our purchase of a 2017 CR-V to replace our 10yr old CR-V was very easy and a 'no brainer' with the help of Elizabeth Kerr. Elizabeth K. was enthusiastic, thorough, truly helpful and professional through the entire process. I highly recommend making a point to work with her when purchasing your new vehicle.
