Customer service with Kendall I can honestly say is horrible! I knew I was approved with my bank because I called them myself. Kendall NEVER called me afterwards. I ended up going the Lithia and getting into a brand new GMC Terrain fast and simple! I had high hopes for Kendall Mazda. Lithia will have my business from here on out. Please do not trouble yourself by contacting me. I am in a brand new vehicle thank you..... Kenneth, the sales guy, is friendly and accommodating. Kodi, the finance manager, is very patient and thorough with the paperwork and even though we finished the paperwork at 8 pm, Kodi didn't rush us and explained everything properly. We found some scratches on the car after they cleaned it, but they readily agreed to get it fixed for us. So far this is the best car purchase experience we have had. Stopped in and was greeted by Cianne. Excellent customer service, courteous and was ready to answer any and all questions we threw at her. Very friendly young lady. Will be back in rhe future and will recommend Cianne and Kendall Kia/Mazda to all of our friends who are looking for a new vehicle! Very courteous. I came in to check stock of 2016 miatas and see financing options and they were very helpful and informative. Had a few vehicles with minor recalls on them, I called and get them all set up. when I got there the staff was so friendly and professional.
