In the past I've always relied on Enterprise Car Rental for all my rental needs. Weather in Alaska, Florida, Washington D.C. they have always went above and beyond to ensure, and to assist me in my directions and the pleasure of the rental vehicle assigned to me. The Team in Alaska are outstanding for both quality and service with their personal service. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They picked us up from our location even though we were a good 30 minute drive away. And they also gave us a free upgrade (of course it was because they were out of the category we had initially reserved). the entire store had good vibes, Nick was such a great help and very patient with me! very on top of his game and look forward to renting in the future :) The customer service at this location is normally great. I was highly disappointed with being charged for "smoking" in the car leaving "ash" behind (which was sand from my children's school mixed with a little pop tarts) when NO ONE in my family smokes. There was previous damage on a seat that I was charged for when I was told to only mark damages to the outside of the car on the form. When I called to discuss this the guy on the phone was not very kind which was surprising but understanding considering the way they are trained to try and sell addition insurance. I will no longer advise my business or anyone else to rent a car from here. Nick was very helpful at the Cushman Street location in Fairbanks. Highly recommend them. Professional, courteous and easy to talk to.
